- Work together with TS PC team and division PM team to review and redesign
service activities in total life cycle service of Air treatment equipment. Make
service activities clear and competitive in the market.
- Service kit repricing with division pricing team, make more reasonable
pricing strategy.
- design complete product portfolio to support the air treatment aftermarket
business, like service plan products.
