Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing payroll operations in *** and Hong Kong, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering accurate and timely payroll services.
Key Responsibilities:
80Oversee and manage end to end payroll processing for employees in *** and Hong Kong.
80Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
80Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing.
80Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
80Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide solutions to complex payroll issues.
80Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and regulatory authorities.
80Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices in *** and Hong Kong.
80Ensure payroll processing is compliant with Control SOXs.
Qualifications:
80Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
80Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with specific experience in *** and Hong Kong operations.
80In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws in *** and Hong Kong.
80Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
80Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
80Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
80Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
Preferred Skills:
80Certification in payroll management or related fields.
80Experience of international payroll systems SAP, Workday or related systems.
80Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
