Mission
Supervise incoming inspection and approve new parts
for production. Handle QCM issues with 8D analysis and drive corrective
actions. Develop inspection standards and train inspectors. Experience in power
tools or electromechanical products required. Must be able to read drawings,
understand metrology and ESD procedures, and have basic English skills. Strong
communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
負責指導來料檢驗，確保零部件符合規(guī)格要求。主導新零件質量評估與量產(chǎn)批準，處理QCM質量問題并推動8D閉環(huán)。制定檢驗標準，培訓檢驗員。需具備電動工具行業(yè)經(jīng)驗，能讀圖、懂測量技術及ESD規(guī)范，具備基礎英語溝通能力。
