Responsibilities:
(1)Lead Project Management Office (PMO) for Budweiser APAC Backoffice and serve as connection across all key functions: Logistics, Finance, Procurement, Commercial, Technology, etc.
(2)Manage costs tightly and build routines to track execution of KPIs, consolidating insightful business analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and actional business solutions. Lead Planning Performance Management (PPM).
(3)Co-work with operational teams to drive strategic initiatives, such as AI implementation, inline with Service Centers goals.
(4)Develop strategic roadmap, from Annual Operation Plan to Strategic KPI Dashboard, which is part of month/quarterly/yearly business planning cycle.
(5)Drive efficiency and automation across center operations.
(6)Identify synergies/best practices across different teams to establish operational excellence.
